The bell schedule will remain the same, you will attend all four of your classes on Tuesday and Wednesday. You are only excused from a class period if have received an exemption letter from your teacher for a final exam in a quarter class.

Congratulations to our Male and Female Scholar-Athletes of the Month: Sammy Edwards and Olivia Wallen. This month’s recipients are being sponsored by friends and family of Coach Bill Isaacs, longtime PHS football coach. Sammy is a member of the Varsity Football team and Olivia is a member of Cross Country and Varsity Cheer. Student-athletes were recommended by their teachers, and a committee reviewed the nominations to determine this month's recipients. The Pickens High School Cross Country team is hosting one race tomorrow evening vs Oconee Christian at 6:15 pm, girls and boys together. The girls are having a historic season thus far, and the boys are having their best in 15+ years. Come out and cheer on our cross country team!
Monday, Sept. 26 will be our makeup senior portrait day from 9-3 in the media center.

Underclassmen Portraits will be taken on Sept. 22 during first through third periods. Order forms will be sent home this Friday during homerooms.
Final Senior Portraits will be taken on Sept. 26 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Any senior who has not had a formal senior portrait taken needs to use the link below to sign up for a time. There is no sitting fee to simply have your yearbook formal picture taken. Select 'Yearbook' when signing up if you do not wish to purchase a premium sitting.
