PHS News

Dear Blue Flame Parents & Students,

We look forward to the 2021-2022 school year beginning on Tuesday, August 3!

In addition to updating your student information on the Back to School Gateway site (see email from SDPC from earlier today), you will be asked to pay fees (class, tech it home, etc…) on-line at MySchoolBucks (myschoolbucks.com).

A 3.75% convenience fee will no longer be added to the total cost at checkout. The fee is included in the price of the item and will be absorbed by the School District of Pickens County.

Mandatory Fees:

  • PHS 21-22 Class Fee -$6.00
  • PHS 21-22 Technology Fee - $20.00

**If your student has not returned items, such as textbook(s), JROTC item(s), library book(s), novel(s), athletic uniform(s), etc. from the 2020-2021 school year, your student will need to clear this debt before picking up their class schedule.

Our goal is to make this process as efficient and parent-student friendly as possible. Please do not hesitate to email Pickens High School Bookkeeper, Mrs. Underwood, at teresaunderwood@pickens.k12.sc.us or call her 397-3600, ext. 3602 for questions about MySchool Bucks or debts between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. [Monday through Thursday].
